Dr. Timothy Chmielewski, MD

Dr. Chmielewski is a board-certified family medicine physician who was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2015, majoring in psychology with a minor in biology, and completed a post-baccalaureate program at Eastern Michigan University in 2016. He went on to receive his medical degree from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland, graduating in 2020. Dr. Chmielewski completed his family medicine residency at St. John Hospital in 2023.

He takes a holistic, lifestyle-focused approach to patient care and values building long-term relationships with his patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Chmielewski enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
