Dr. Jeffrey Tremblay, DO

Dr. Tremblay graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Ascension Providence with a Distinction of Advanced Osteopathic Training. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Tremblay is committed to the promotion of accessible, evidence-based healthcare from an osteopathic primary care perspective. He believes doctor and teacher are synonymous and is passionate regarding life-long learning and continuous education of patients and learners.
