Dr. Bhullar completed his general surgery fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Minnesota Minneapolis - St Paul, Minnesota.
Prior to joining Keystone, Dr Bhullar worked at UPMC in Williamsport, PA as a colorectal surgeon.
Dr Bhullar takes a collaborative approach to evaluating and managing patients with colon, pelvic and rectal disorders working closely with other specialists to provide a comprehensive treatment plan that meets the need of each patient.
Dr. Bhullar is a fellow with the International College of Surgeons (IACS, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and Fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (FACRS).
