Dr. Jai P. Singh is a fellowship-trained colon and rectal surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive techniques to treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions. He is completing advanced fellowship training at Henry Ford Providence Hospital/Michigan State University and previously trained in Minimally Invasive Colorectal Surgery at Houston Colon in Texas.
Before his fellowship training, Dr. Singh cared for patients as a general surgeon in New York for nearly a decade. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In addition to his clinical work, he has published extensively in medical journals and presented research internationally, helping advance the field of colorectal surgery.
Originally from India, Dr. Singh completed his medical degree at Maulana Azad Medical College and a Master of Surgery at the University of Delhi before moving to the U.S. for residency and surgical training. He is fluent in English and Hindi and is known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
