We’re a multi‑specialty group serving metro Detroit with over 80 physicians and mid‑level providers across 28 locations. Our services include family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, endocrinology, hospitalists, podiatry, and colorectal surgery. All physicians are on staff at an Ascension hospital, and we’re affiliated with most local hospitals in the area.

For over 30 years, we’ve been serving patients throughout Macomb, Wayne, and Lapeer Counties—and have recently expanded with a pediatric location in Oakland County.

Our network of offices is designated as Patient‑Centered Medical Homes. That means we coordinate comprehensive care that positions you—not just your physician and staff—as the central figure in managing your health.

Our Patient Portal allows you to conveniently:

  • Schedule appointments
  • Update your medication list
  • View test results

If you need assistance, our team is here to help.

You’re responsible for co‑pays and any prior balances at the time of your visit. Our billing department is available at 586‑421‑8700 to answer questions or assist with payment arrangements. We accept most major insurance plans.
