Dr. Regina Kurian, MD

Dr. Kurian has been with St. John Endocrinology since 2004. Born in New York, she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Juniata College, Pa. Upon receiving her M.D. from Spartan Health Sciences University, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, Pa. She then completed her Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism fellowship at University of Louisville. Dr. Kurian maintains board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism and holds staff privelidges at St. John Hospital- Main Campus. There she provides inpatient consultations to those with critically ill Endocrine diseases. She also is a part of the teaching faculty and has an active role in shaping our future medical students and residents. Dr. Kurian’s interests include: neuroendocrine disorders, adrenal disorders, male hypogonadism, thyroid disease including thyroid cancer, and in-office fine -needle aspiration of thyroid nodules. She has memberships in AACE, and Endocrine society. When not in the office, she has helped to develop Ascension Michigan Guidelines for Diabetes. She also has been honored as a “top doc” by her peers in HOUR magazine for years.
